I just received my monitor and updated to firmware 104 immediately. I have auto HDR enabled in Windows 11. When I play a game that has an HDR option, the screen turns to black and white when I enable HDR in the game. Is there a solution to this other than turning HDR off in Windows or the game?
Things to try:
As the version 104 seems to have quite a lot of problems, you could try the 102:
Other >certified< HDMI 2.1 cable, not the cheap stuff.
Driver updated?
Which GPU are you using?
HDMI or DP?

I tried going back to 102 but that didn’t fix the problem.
I’ve updated my Nvidia drivers.
I’m using a 3080 GPU.
I’m using DP with a certified 1.4 cable.
This is a known issue and is being worked on. However, there’s no ETA on when we might be able to expect a fix.
Do you have Nvidia or AMD? I can confirm I’m testing firmware that fixes the issue for AMD hardware. Nothing for Nvidia though yet. It seems like there’s different root causes for black and white between the two.
