I have noticed an issue still with firmware 105 where my screen while gaming turns black, or when I alt tab even. while the screen comes back after a second or two its definitely an issue

One of the possible solution at the moment is to disable the VRR setting. Let me know if that helps.

seems to have gotten a little better. just tried this afternoon and no problems yet.

Just to add onto what Theo said.
Disabling G-SYNC / FreeSync is a temporary solution to reduce the flickering/blanking issue, users are experiencing.
We are working hard at identifying the exact cause to come up with a fix for this.
