Screen got scratched, how does the repair process work?

Hi!

I’ve got the Spectrum Glossy but unfortunatly the screen has a few scratches. It seems as it’s just the coating though and it’s only visible on a white background or when the screen is turned of, but I would like to know if:

  • This can be fixed
  • What the cost would be
  • How the process would go
  • How long I would have to do without the monitor

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

FYI, I sent an e-mail about this last week but still haven’t gotten a response.

FYI, I opened a Ticket for a repair after receiving a monitor with a defective port back in OCTOBER and they stopped responding to the email thread several weeks ago after determining that I need a repair. Best of luck getting a response.

They are going to ask for a bunch of information and it will lead nowhere. I really hope I am wrong, but this company has been ignoring my requests for a simple RMA for over 5 months now. I’m really sorry you’re about to join our ranks of the disappointed customers. Better to know going into the ordeal instead of building up false hope.
