Since your support has been ignoring my e-mails for a few weeks now, I’ll post my question here:
I have the Glossy monitor, but the coating got scratched. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t fall under warranty, so I would like to know the following:
- How much would it cost to repair it?
- How does the repair process work? I live in the Netherlands.
- How long would I have to do without the monitor?
