Anyone else waiting for a refund from EVE/Dough for a cancelled EVE laptop purchase?
I have two tickets with their customer support, 78755 and 91703, and was told 20 days for processing. I cancelled the order in April 2022 and am still waiting for my refund.
Looking around the forums, there seems to be that issue with the monitors as well…
I paid for it in full in 2021 and with all the delays with no real update information, I had to cancel and purchase something else…
Someone from EVE/Dough please advise…
