Talking of certifications did the spectrum pass the HDR 600 cert? another question I have given the delay on 240hz monitor will you be able to quickly get one to third party reviews like hardware unboxed and LTT as I have lost a bit of my trust and like to seem them before I pay the final amount (for the 240hz model)

Spectrum did indeed pass the HDR 600 Cert. Reviewers won’t be receiving a 240Hz model until the final units exist. The current estimate for the start of production for Model 2 is October 2021. Based on this, I would expect reviews to be available for this model October/November.

I have not heard or seen anything in a while and the longer with out updates the more I feel like It will be much much later…

This is correct the current estimate for the 240hz model is October. If anything changes we will ofcourse communicate it.

Just wondering if we could get a separate post for the 240hz production progress; from what I’ve seen in here the estimate hasn’t changed but it’s mostly been dead air otherwise…

Curious if the panels finally got ordered for these monitors to begin production on them I’ve been seeing reviews for the 4k 144hz and my excitement was increased even further. So just hoping the 240hz monitors I’ve got on order will be on my desk by the end of this year.

based on past experience I wouldn’t expect it sooner than in january… but obviously news about “delay” will come in the last week of october.

You nailed it on the head - looks like their new timeline is January… And since they previously explained that the “expected” delivery of the panels IN October that would likely mean they aren’t going to be producing panels until January. So yay…

It’s the expected delivery of panels that’s delayed. As soon as we receive the panels, manufacturing can commence for this model. The shipping process starting shortly after. We estimate shipping of this model to commence in January.

Are panels/monitors currently in production for the 4K unit?, I believe the factory hit its energy quota recently and stopped production.
Is there any stock sat at the factory?

Preordered the matte 1440p. Received my balance payment last year and upgraded to the glossy monitor not thinking that Dough would push that back to god knows when…it’s all paid for and I have NOTHING to show for it.
