so, what is our password in “eve distribution limited”?
When one writes to the support, a reply contains a link “view ticket” and the link goes to a website which wants a password. It is not the same as the one on neither this forum, nor the evedevices shop password.
The category here is probably wrong. I don’t know where to post it; I do think it is relevant for everybody.
It seems that we cannot identify this link from our end. Could you please provide us a screenshot of the reply containing the link ‘view ticket’? Of course, please make sure not to include personal information.
