A long journey has begun.
Well it seems Dough doesn’t like facts being put on the forums as they’ve IP banned me now and deleted majority of my comments here. Fun stuff, but good luck with this refund.
Editing this post in hopes it won’t be deleted as my response was just now deleted. I have to use my phone or a VPN to post here now. Probably won’t be long before this account is gone too.

This is what happens every time I post from home internet. I can’t even log in to the account unless I’m on a VPN or cellular network.
Good luck with that. I’ve been waiting on my refund since March last year. Every month I’ve sent an email to support asking about the status of the refund. I always get a reply that says something in the line of “the refund is processing we can’t do anything to speed it up”…
I’ve also been in limbo for almost a year since requesting my refund. Currently I’ve been told they don’t have access to the old Eve supports system by two different people in Dough community. I’ve sent several follow up requests but haven’t heard back from anyone here in over two months. Not sure I’ll ever get my money back. If you just requested your best bet is to dispute charges. With your bank.
Join their discord and ping Aethel, he took care of my refund instantly and it’s already in my bank account.
Not sure why they don’t promote this guy or have him oversee more, but definitely a different experience than dealing with the rest of Dough.

Yeah, I’ve given up on ever seeing the money again. But I have plenty of time on my hands to make really sure no one else falls for this scam, ever.
I’m going through a similar no refund issue too. For some reason, my attempted posts on this forum are getting “spam” filtered out.
