Here we are in the month of February! Starting from this month, I am changing the content of the recap to include a much broader theme and renaming it “Monthly Recap” due to the fact that this topic will cover many different focus aside of development.

Following the mass production in November 2022, we are constantly working to send the units out as soon as possible. We have confirmed movement in January, and we will have more this month.

Logistics are all set similarly to ES07D02, with more expected movement to happen this month.

ES07DCA (Spectrum 280Hz glossy) and ES07D01 (Spectrum 144Hz)

At this point, we do not have confirmed development news yet for ES07DCA and ES07D01.

Spectrum OLED

In the past few weeks, we have been sharing development news about Spectrum OLED. We have been taking about how it forms, its industrial design, and its electronics. You can check the posts here! To reach the posts easier, you can filter them by clicking on “Spectrum OLED”

Aside from the posts, we also shared with you the OSD design and discuss the features you would like to see.

As Spectrum OLED is now on electronic validation testing (EVT), next on the roadmap is testing the panel and getting the printed circuit board (PCB) ready. Stay tuned for more updates!

EU shipping

We have gotten tons of feedback on EU fulfillment. While it has not been an issue a while back, we are still facing challenges. Shipping for EU region is still being arranged by logistics and, unfortunately, has taken much more time than expected.

Address confirmation

As we have more and more units being sent out for last-mile delivery, please keep an eye out on your e-mail for address confirmation coming from our support team. Make sure that all information is correct and properly updated so to prevent any issues with delivery later on.

This concludes the recap! We admit that things are moving slowly, especially on shipping. But we are working hard to make sure it is always moving. We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Any updates on ship dates for the ES07DC9? Saw a comment that small numbers were coming to the US, but no further updates. Also, I saw that it has been removed from the store product page, what does this mean for all of us who already have placed orders?

ES07DC9 is still on the store product page under 4K 144Hz (glossy)

We have units scheduled to move this month for ES07DC9.

So this very much looks like a copy and paste from the December update with the exception that “shipping this month” has been replaced with a more ambiguous “movement … this month”.

A few questions:
Why were you not able to ship in December as predicted in December?
What do you mean by “movement” - could you be a little more precise?
Are you still planning to ship ES07DCA and ES07D01 before shipping the Spectrum OLED?
Do you believe that the OLED will ship in July as currently stated, given the very slow progress that is being made in all products?
What guarantees can you provide to customers that the quoted dates are realistic - will you provide any form of compensation if the dates are missed?

@Cas hello, can they confirm if any United States regular orders (not reviewers) received there matte 280hz units. Does move ment mean still in the warehouse on a loading dock at Dough factory , on a truck(s) that has left ? Are they on a container ship on its way to A USA port? In a sorting facility in America. How many units have left Dough and how many in the next wave? “Movement?” What kind of movement

Care to explain, why it still says on your online store, that shipping to EU will happen in Feb 2023? Which is clearly not the truth at this point.

I am going to tell us my experience, I paid 2 Spectrum 4k glossy on May 2022, I have been reading and asking about the shipment (for EU) sick of waiting, I wrote an email asking for cancellation and refund, at customer support said you willl have the refund on 20 business days. Well it pass 2 months and now anyone answer me and I dind´t receive the money. IT IS A SCAM

It feels negligent to continue the whole “estimated shipping ” charade at this point. An EU buyer got the ES07DC9 back in the first 100 units, and now that we have entered mass production it’s suddenly difficult? Some detail on the progress of fulfilment would be nice

To add on to this part of the recap, we wanted to have more confirmation before providing a date and it be wrong or further delayed as examples in the past. Furthermore though, We have finally been able to get stock moved into warehouses and begin shipping out our backlog of glossy 4K! Though we will also have units in stock available for purchase the same way we shipped from stock with the matte 4K model. This is all starting today and more and more backlog will be shipped as we go! I understand these delays since production have not been ideal and I thank you all for your patience on the matter!

OK the system continues to hide my posts for some reason (huge surprise there ). So here is the third post for today, altered slightly so the “system” doesn’t flag it. I have a response from Dough support, responding to my refund request stating that the 280hz monitor is in QC testing as of February 14, 2023. This is in direct conflict with this update. Maybe if I don’t give suggestions on what Dough should do as a company, this information won’t be flagged.
