I went looking, and according to HDMI.org Monoprice is an HDMI Adopter partner since 2013.

I snagged a 5-pack of the 6ft (2m) cables.

One step closer to justifying a new video card lol. Including the coupon, taxes and all, with free shipping (3-6 days), it came in at just over $10 USD / cable.

Received them today. Definitely UHS certified with HDMI org logo on them. Connected to spectrum and my GPU and Spectrum went B&W. Reset Spectrum to factory settings and everything working fine now.

Now to find a GPU that supports HDMI 2.1…
