How to get a refund?


I paid a lot for this device back in November, and still have not received it. I saw all of the shipping updates, was told that my device would be shipping months ago. I still have not received tracking, shipping notifications, nothing. I even paid for expedited shipping which was well over $100 USD.

How can I submit for a refund for the product and the shipping?
