I have received my V2 and it is great, but it has one problem the Bluetooth is not working and windows says it dose not exist on this computer, any suggestions
I would check the Control Panel/ Device Manager to see if the Bluetooth device is malfunctioning. On my Eve V2, there should be 4 Bluetooth Protocol, Bluetooth Device, Intel Wireless Bluetooth, Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator and LE Enumerator. See if all of those are there. if they are not, try to run a scan for hardware change to see if that will find it. If that does not work, delete the Bluetooth Device and run the scan to see if it can reinstall the correct drivers.
Thank you for the help, I did figure it out it was disabled in the settings but the windows repair routine was not working correctly and could not even see that it was turned off
