Powercycling helps for a little while but ever since the ps5 vrr update this blanking issue has only gotten worse. Using the new dp 1.4 without DSC keeps the monitor from blanking while idle or watching content still does it just no where near as often as before. but the tradeoff is random visual noise. Sorry about the video noise i just didn’t think to pause the video. This monitor was never perfect but for what it was it was always great it’s heartbreaking that it’s barely usable now. My setup is a 9900k and 3080 and unfortunately my only hdmi port on my card is needed for my capture card so displayport is my only option.
