My (relatively large) organisation recently started a day in the life of (some senior exec name here) program, to help staff relate to their execs and show what a day at that level looks like. It’s usually broken up like the following:
Friday xx/xx/2017
6 AM: Day starts and I walk my dog (cat?), go to the gym or whatever.
8 AM: Get into the office and spend the first few hours doing xxx
10 AM : xxx is due today so I am working on that when Y comes across my desk and needs urgent attention.
1 PM: Leadership meeting with staff was planned for today and we are setup for a meeting with 5 different sites.
3 PM : xxxx
7 PM: Call it a day as the cleaners arrive.
And I thought that would be something that would be amazing for this community/Eve. I’d really love to see the chaos behind the scenes of someone like Mike, Konsta, Kirin etc. I mean it doesn’t have to be a regular thing we kind of do one a month and it rotates through the executive. Given Eve is so small and so busy maybe one every two months or something?
So what are your thoughts? Is this something you’d be interested in reading as a community? Is this something @Team could do?
