06A4 / 0A.89.19.02 USB Firmware Update MacBook M1 Pro not recognized

Hey there,

I recently have updated the USB firmware of my Spectrum 4K monitor from [06A4 / 0A.89.14.02] to [06A4 / 0A.89.19.02], but with the new firmware installed my M1 MacBook Pro, connected via USB-C, won’t recognize the monitor anymore, it will just show’s “No Signal” when USB-C input is selected, even though power is being delivered to the laptop through the cable.
In order to get it back to work I have to install the earlier version [06A4 / 0A.89.17.02].

Has anyone else encountered this problem with his product?

Thanks in advance!

Hey there,

Can you verify the Spectrum is setup correctly, as shown in the following photo?

Also, make sure to uninstall the previous version before installing the new

Hey,
Yes I updated it via USB-B and the update program also confirms that the update worked afterwards.

Oh gotcha, I know this is on the most recent USB FW but is this on the most recent scaler FW? (107 matter / 100 glossy?)
